Chicago works to prevent future flooding

During the summer of 2010, the city of Chicago declared a state of emergency after experiencing several thunderstorms which caused many neighborhoods to severely flood.

The Chicago Water Reclamation District is currently constructing a eight-hundred million dollar project designed to eliminated such incidents from happening in the future; However, some are skeptical.
